ABOUT THE ADULT INDUSTRY ASSISTANCE FUND

The fund was established in April 2004 by adult performer Jenna Jameson and her husband, Jay Grdina, to help performers who have
suffered serious financial problems as a result of the hiatus period resulting from discovery of HIV in the adult film industry.

Jameson and Grdina and their company, ClubJenna, Inc. have invited other adult industry companies to contribute to AIAF.

“We have made a substantial contribution to launch this fund, which will provide some bridge cash to actresses and actors who have
been thrown out of work because of the precautionary measures nearly everyone is taking. We will work with other industry leaders
to set up criteria for distributing the money we raise, but essentially it will go to people who are in dire financial straits because they
have been quarantined themselves, or have lost their jobs because productions they were working on have been shut down. Lots of
people in our industry live from paycheck to paycheck, and it is only fair for us to try to help out.”

ClubJenna and Jenna Jameson also issued this statement: “We are calling for tighter self-regulation of the XXX movie industry in order
to head off the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases among adult performers. The fact is that the adult industry as a
whole has been remarkably free of STDs and HIV, considering that sex is what we do for a living. We must do even more to prevent it
from taking root among performers. The incidence of HIV in the adult industry is far lower than in the population as a whole, and we
need to adopt stricter restrictions for our industry to keep it that way. I think that any performer coming into the United States
from abroad, including American nationals who have worked outside the country, should have a ‘quarantine’ period in which they
must wait at least 60 days before beginning work again in the adult industry.”
